Cedric Bouchard, Roses de Jeanne Cote de Bechalin Vintage:1000 The 2009 La Gaffelière hasThe 2011 Blanc de Noirs Cte de Bchalin is terrific, mingling notes of citrus zest and orange oil with red apple, white flowers and pastry cream. On the palate, it's full bodied and textural but incisive, with excellent concentration, lively acids and a characteristically delicate mousse, concluding with a long and precise finish. Disgorged in April 2018, this derives from a southwest facing lieu dit with clay limestone soils. Since it spends six years
